Brenda The Drag Queen [noun] 7-foot-tall, live-singing, shade-slinging, comedy monster. 

As seen on TLC’s hit show “My Big Fat Fabulous Life”, Brenda The Drag Queen is the triad’s own live-singing, shade-slinging, comedy monster. Your reigning Green Queen, Brenda hosts shows from across the Carolinas to the islands of Mexico, and is known for her standup comedy style and hilarious parodies.

Brenda believes that drag doesn't just belong in a nightclub or a gay bar, and uses her signature style to constantly prove that any occasion deserves a drag queen. Brenda's approach has taken drag into a variety of venues for the very first time. Brenda has done everything from reading to and crafting with kids at Drag Queen Story Hour, to helping Fortune-500 companies celebrate a smashing year.  

Brenda also has a passion for giving back, and enjoys any opportunity to use drag as a vehicle for raising awareness and bringing support to a wonderful cause. Brenda has helped raise money for many triad-area non-profits, some of her favorites being: Triad Pride Performing Arts, Triad Health Project, Guilford Green Foundation, and Greensboro Pride.
